Kim Kaye is a first-generation Filipino multimedia artist and photographer based in Toronto. She fell in love with urban and street photography in 2015 when she moved to Canada. Kim has been creating image-based design and art since 2017.
Kim Kaye was born in Manila but grew up with her grandparents in a small town called Tanauan, Leyte in the Philippines. Her work mainly focuses on her personal experiences of self-exploration from an immigrant perspective through photography, illustration, and mixed media.
